A little beta craziness on a new map called Thorn Gulley. It’s interesting to see the different uses testers have come up with for Bramble. You can block paths with him, or just creep up on a capture point. We’re still debating and tweaking, but all of the new maps and content are finally playable. Hope to be ready to submit by the end of the month.

Are you guys serious? Not saying they don’t deserve to be rich for this amazing game, but we shouldn’t be expected to keep paying more when we’ve bought the uber pack and game limit increase. It really is a shame that this game isn’t making hundreds of thousands, but the developers should have charged a certain amount (Not sure what the perfect price would have been, but anything would have been better than free, especially considering the fact that the app was buggy as hell during the 1st few weeks which probably hurt their chances of getting people to pay) at the beginning and included an IAP for the game limit increase and maybe one for the new teams. I wish they could change the price now and try to rectify the situation. I wish them luck because this truly is a great game that I feel could be as popular a chess once all the bugs and FTA issues are worked out.
@Evan This team will be free with the über pack. And, yeah. If no one else wants to pitch in for the game, I’ll gladly pick up the slack either through donations or cosmetic IAPs. Outwitters is more exciting and rewarding than Diablo III and I paid 60 bucks for that game.

I keep checking out this screencap and now I have so many questions. Can you boost the thorns? What happens if you kill Bramble? Can the other player shoot over the thorns? Can the Bramble thingy deal damage at all? And finally, how the heck did Adam end up losing that game? The other guy’s base only has 1 hit point…
Looking at this screenshot, Adam is SOL… He’s stuck spending wits freeing his spawn point while the veggie soldier beats on his base.. Clearly you need to take out the bramble asap before he clogs up the whole map..
As far as funding.. Personally I would be willing to spend a ton on cosmetic upgrades.. The best part is that they do not interfere with the balance of the game while you guys get to keep working on your artwork. This game is better than ANY other game I have played on the iOS. It’s fantastic!!
The conclusion is clear: if Brambel’s thorn are manège to reach your base in big number and capture your spawn space, you are dead meet.
That base better be an In app purchase. I want to spend money on this game but have already bought everything. Shut up and take my money!

I think that Bramble should only have a radius which he can span this. If he can appear in one place and of his weed things from any radius, it would be game over pretty quickly.

Hi, I’m gonna get über pack soon cuz this is a great strategy game and I’m looking forward to new pack
(Fyi, was a newb) Just wondering if you can clear the battle history as I have 2 losses by quitting without realising it counts as a loss. One of them being tournament, i accidentally quit just when opponent showed up so that’s a real bugger. Hopefully they can make it a draw if both side haven’t attacked yet and one decided to quit for whatever reason
Anyone know how to solve the problem where when you open the game, it’s stuck on trying to connect to gamecenter even though Internet connection is on and gamecenter is logged in
@Anonymous, restart the app in your phone. You’ll hve to double click the square button on the bottom of your phone so a new bar opens below. It shows all your open apps. Click and hold on one of them until they start moving and an X appears on the top right of icons. Same process as deleting apps, but when you delete them from the bottom bar, it just closes the app from running in the background.
You guys may not get rich with this game, but your reputation should – imho – be great in the world gamedesign after making such a great game. There must be some money in that someway. But even if there isn’t, the moral credit will open a few doors sooner or later, I’m sure.

I don’t play very often, but when this comes out, I might consider buying this pack, or it would be a fun challenge to play against someone who has this pack. Because I can already think of a strategy. Get a sniper, heal him, and surround him with bramble near enemy base/spawn.
I would love to become a tester!!
