Happy start-of-holidays! Mage Food Truck currently has five scenarios that introduce the different mechanics, and all of those have been playable for a while now. Playable, but not dressed up… like at all. My current task is to breathe some life into these maps with temples, witch huts, crystals, and bones and stuff. Y’know… fantasy!
I’ve also been watching playtester videos to see how the mechanics are landing, and it’s been awesome to see people tackling their first runs and then coming back for three stars, or to cranking up the different difficulty options. Gameplay was sorted out way before the polish started and it’s holding up nicely, which makes me very happy.
