Outwitters Terms of Service and Privacy Policy

Terms of Service

We strive to make an inclusive, fun, and welcoming community. As such, hate speech, racist and sexist remarks, and other forms of verbal abuse are not tolerated. Players who are reported by the community can and will be chat muted (unable to send chat messages) and/or banned from playing the game entirely upon review of the incident. The decision for muting and banning is solely at the discretion of One Man Left Studios.

Data

Chat is stored for 30 days on our servers after the game ends.

OSN (outwitters.com) is a community site where game replays are stored. These replays are stripped of all chat data, and the gameplay data is processed for the community’s benefit. Gameplay data is stored on our servers. This data includes which players you’ve played against, your match outcomes, and all user account levels/ranks.

Analytics

Outwitters uses Unity analytics to help us understand how players play the game, as well as to provide In-App Purchase functionality. When you play Outwitters, certain pieces of information are sent to Unity such as device type, country, device language, in-game behavior and purchases, IP address, Apple’s Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and/or Google Play advertising ID. Push Notifications

Outwitters uses OneSignal to send turn notifications for users. The data collected via OneSignal is described in their privacy policy.
