How about a mode where there is a bomb in the middle. It takes one hit to activate it for one player, a hit from the other player to disarm and make it neutral, and another hit to make it activated for one side again.

Mode save the king/queen (can be a medic for example)

Mode strong base

Mode slow runner (but stronger)

Mode hiper sniper (but less damage)

Mode all soldier

Mode no base, capture the spawn spaces

Mode random unit generator

Mode level research, a unit kill o damage enemy unit win level (more life, range, damage, etc)

Anyway, i was thinking of this:

In the main menu, you click on the game, it starts loading, however, after it is fully loaded, the screen turns black, like in a Pass 'n Play (instead of showing the replay of the last turn). The timer hasn't started yet. You tap the screen, after which the replay starts rolling, yet the timer does not start! When the replay finishes, the timer starts ticking, and you can take your turn. The timer stops only when you hit 'Done'. It doesn't stop if you quit the app.

5mins for a full chess game? internet or in person? :o
well net speed can be unpredictable.
and theres also those crashes. :o
dont get me wrong i think its a great idea but im thinking more of a 3-4min turn for this
