On turn 4 you move your soldier in the top alley forward 3 spaces. If you had moved him 2 spaces (so he stood above and to the right of the hole) he would have been invisible to Awpertunity's runner, but it would have still taken the soldier the same amount of moves to get to the other base (3 moves either way) GameCenter: ElPared Crying Foot OSN Player Profile: ElPared -- I'm always posting both wins and losses, critiques welcome |

Start with this move to give maximum visibility to plan the rest of the turn. It also removes his visibility. Also kill the runner from the lower hex to get a little more visibility. * 1 wit: move your soldier forward to the wit or above to reach his sniper if he moves it toward the medic. kill his other runner. * 1 wit: move your sniper forward sometime during the turn. it isn't important to heal him yet since there is no threat. you might heal if you have a wit left, though. * 2-3 wits: either move your heavy and your top soldier forward or spawn another mid soldier and move it next to the other one. I'd probably move the heavy and the top soldier and maybe heal the sniper. |

RE: Need advice? - Post your replay!
i think you did fine.
but next time try to attack more efficiently (like when you went on an all out attack near the end. try to anticipate what your opponent can do.) and if possible, take advantage of the fog. heres an example of taking advantage of the fog. outwitters://viewgame?id=ahRzfm91dHdpdHRlcnNnYW1lLWhyZHIVCxIIR2FtZVJvb20YgICAgKXG3QgM check my last 2 turns. i positioned my runner and mobi outside of my opponents vision, but still in range to finish the game. im not sure if it would have worked in your game but it will definitely be helpful to you in the future if you remember this tip, |

Hey GendryStorm - you did good - just a couple of things First when you are making a series of moves in a turn you should always get your killing done first before other things like repositioning / spawning / healing etc. On turn 10 you missed out on the runner kill because you shelled your bombshell at the start of the turn rather than the end. Turn 14 was the main problem - you should have used the soldier to block his spawn and would likely have won in the next turn I think All easy in hindsight of course !! Thanks Torbeck, that's a very useful advice. At that time i thought it was just a little mistake, but then these inefficiencies build up and tell the outcome of the game. I thought i was doing a blitz attack, but watching the replay, it was more of a suicide mission. Thanks a lot SuperTitans! |

There's still quite a number of instances in my games where im suddenly gripped with panic because of lack of vision Another tip to go along with this, and a little more advanced, is counting your opponents wits. Ideally, you could go through each previous turn and keep track of the number of wits your opponent has. This way, even if you don't have vision at one point, you might have an idea of what they spawned, where they could have moved, etc. |

Any feedback on this 128 turn marathon? I am trying to use Moby's more efficiently, but I'm not quite there. Thanks! Chris a.k.a Flyfly75 |
