SCALLYWAGS matchup chart
HEY GUYS,
I only play Scallywags. I made this chart. Do you guys agree with the correct numbers I have put in, or do you disagree with those facts? https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?...utput=html |

RE: SCALLYWAGS matchup chart
I disagree with glitch on feedback vs scallywags. Unless I'm reading it wrong, scallywags don't have that big (9) of an advantage IMO

I think the veggies have a little better chance in sweetie plains and thorn gulley. Just my opinion though.

RE: SCALLYWAGS matchup chart
If we are assuming that both teams get their specials,
Then vs bramble should be at least 8 for all maps. I don't think SFI for feedback should be so high. Sweetie Plains should be higher vs feedback Thorn gully vs feedback should be higher Some maps I tend not make a scrambler though, such as sweetie plains, SFI (situational dependent), and foundry. @laYahooz What would you do if as feedback, if their is a bombshell a hex or so above centre? The entire map is pretty much covered. I don't remember why, but from experience the regular tactic to killing bombshells with scrambler doesn't apply. |

RE: SCALLYWAGS matchup chart
GameTaker, there are a lot of ways I have figured of to beat the scallywags on glith with feedback! The basic strategy is to not let it get into that OP position and keep it “pinned" while recycling soldiers until you get a scrambler ready to brainwash an adjacent soldier (or sometimes the snail itself).
I think I have a couple of glitch games where I did this on the replay thread if I can find them With that said, scallywags do have the advantage but not 9/10 from my experiences... Oh and if the bombshell is in the OP position I put a heavy behind my wit space and build up on the opposite side, like what Terencshiu did in his victory over Bad Herr Day as feedback in the ST tourney. |
