New Official Clans

I think the max should be 8 clans, it would be easier to organize tournaments.

We have no plans for a built-in clan feature, but this doesn't stop players from organizing their own teams/guilds/clans/whatever outside the game on forums or websites. If you're doing it for purely competition's sake then yes, better players band together. But a good portion of teams in other games do it for various other reasons:
1. to find like-mind players to play with
2. to find similarly skilled players to improve and discuss the game with
3. locality. just a state/province/region of players wanting to play together.
..etc...

I think that it's very kind of Adam & Alex to have allowed us to have clan forums in the first place We probably could have got around it through pm's.

I think a simple solution would be to ask Adam and Alex for a "General Clan Stuff" forum, where we could have the unofficial clans post their stuff (so they won't need to bump all the time), the existing clans could have beef with each other, and clan wars would have their own home separate from the tournaments thread.

... I'm always asking Adam for stuff, though, so someone else is gonna have to do this. *shies away*

D'aww that's exactly what I was thinking was going to happen - 1 or 2 forums for clans only. I personally think having one clan forum with no users as mods would be best but we got given more which is tasty. I'm guessing they are really busy now though from lack of activity so I'm sure they'll read this and take our suggestions or whatever you may call this with a pinch of sugar
