Bombshells
I have, on many occasions, clicked on a Bombshell to view target locations and then accidentally dbl clicked putting him into running mode which negates any chance of bombing.... anyone else run into this?

This is the wrong forum but yes, thats a problem some players have had. However a confirmation screen would make the game unnecessarily clunky. Better just to get used to it.

The usual adjustment players have to make when playing Scallywags is to click outside of the unit's movement range in order to deselect stuff. I picked up that habit, and I don't even play Scallywags.
