Why did he have to boost his sniper on turn 1?

He guessed my runner would kill his sniper if not.

Yeah but he was P1 so he didn't have too that turn!

#1? Really? I don't think I can. I won this game by luck that he was not familiar with the new system.
For the long nine game, I played as P2 with 8 wits in my first turn, I had enough wits(see replay) to spawn an extra runner and move it. I could kill his sniper if he didnt boost it.

Nice mobi strategy! This new map is actually good for mobi players because of having many entry points in a large map.

Where did this +18 for evenly matched players come from? I know garcia mentioned it somewhere, but when I asked where he got this number he never responded.
