It was supposed to add your name, but I guess something needs to be checked. I was only going to use it as a replay library in the first place, and it seems like you can do that without entering names in the first place. So i think it's allright.

I tried to start a game with billwake, but it said "Player Not Found". I even tried it with a space.

I don't understand who P1 and P2 are. And who should create the match and choose the map. Please help me. I know that P1 is the one on the left, but, how so. Could anyone give me an example, please? I am in the Group P

Your first match as P1 is with Pokhs. So it is your responsibility to start a friendly match with him, choose one of the four teams, and choose a map. Then you'll do it with the two other people who are the P2 to you as P1. For your spots in the P2 role (right), it is the P1's responsibility to send you a game. You can PM me if you need any more help.
