My opinion is build no more than 2 runners. This map u cannot trust sniper so build more soldier plz.
Don't attack both sides with no supply. That's suicide.

I was like you Gfich, but now I know how to do I don't remember my last loss in SFI. Well, I simply don't remember the last league loss I had, whatever

First, build up a wall of soldier, trying not to waste wits by useless moves of medic orheavys. After you build a wall of 4-5soldiers, you should have around 10 wits in your pocket. Then, if your opponent attacks you, you will be able to respond properly so that he will have a lot of difficulties to defend himself after. If he doesn't, either put a runner at a well chosen place to try to see what is your adversary doing, either build a special (I'd recommend mobi, mobi forever <3). Then, well you're ready for any inconvenience. Of course, making neither errors helps to win

If you follow the advices I gave above the early rushes shouldn't be a problem

I do quite like SFI for feedback. Early rushes and scrambler traps can work really well in the mid game
