RE: Super-Titan Replay Discussion
I made a mistake at the beginning of this game and had to find a way to survive.

I was afraid of a scrambler the entire game. The threat of a scrambler may be better than the unit itself. Thanks for the feedback. |

RE: Super-Titan Replay Discussion
Hi everyone, I'm exzachtlee and I'm new to the Super Titan scene! I find losing (well, and sometimes winning) to these awesome Super Titans to be so amazing because I find myself learning a lot all the time!
I'm not sure how this thread's new system works quite yet. I uploaded some replays to the OSN website and they're archived under the "Super Titan Replays" section, but I don't understand how the introduction of that collection of replays translates into discussion on this forum. This forum refers people to OSN, but there doesn't seem to be a connection back from OSN to this forum to facilitate discussion on Super-Titan replays, which is what this forum is all about. For example, it seems that with the change from people posting their original replay links to people posting their replay links on OSN hasn't really changed the way the forum works because I still see original Outwitters hyperlinks instead of OSN hyperlinks. Can someone please help me out and clarify this? Anyways, I have some replays I'd like to share: Exzachtlee (A) vs BOSHAJWA (S) Sweetie Plains Exzachtlee (A) vs losingfaith (A) Long Nine Game_taker (A) vs Exzachtlee (A) Long Nine Emuchu (A) vs Exzachtlee (A) Sweetie Plains I'd appreciate some thoughts and feedback on these games! More specifically, it would be great to hear what I did right, what I did wrong, where I could have gotten outplayed, where I couldn't have gotten outplayed (because my playstyle was just that awesome lol), etc. |

Those sweetie plains games are instructive. It shows that you only want to defend your wit side the minimum amount possible, because attacks will just keep coming. As soon as you have space to breathe you must go on the attack.

Can someone please help me out and clarify this? The Outwitters Sports Network is a separate (for now) site/program/utility from the forums and the game itself. Discussions still occur on this thread as they always have, just that the Super-Titan Replay Archive has somewhat been migrated and integrated into the OSN. Since that, there isn't really much point in maintaining two *identical* lists, where the non-maintained one is automatically generated anyway, so this thread now serves as a general thread for discussion. As you've done, when discussing any replay, it's good to provide the replay link so others can view it too. As for OSN-Forum interaction, there isn't too much site-wise, though you could put the suggestion to the CodePenguin himself to get OSN to perhaps have a "discuss" option linking back to the forums. As for the forum and changing links, it'd have to be changed in the forum's coding, and even then, if all links changed into OSN ones then it would be inconvenient to the users wanting to view replays on their device. You can hit the link in my signature for a script to change outwitters:// links to OSN ones if you like [/ShmlesSlfAdvrtisng] |

RE: Super-Titan Replay Discussion
Also, i noticed you can instantly change game links to OSN links by replacing the 'outwitters://viewgame?id=' part with 'http://osn.codepenguin.com/replays/view/'
outwitters://viewgame?id=ag5vdXR3aXR0ZXJzZ2FtZXIRCxIIR2FtZVJvb20Y8JefAgw gives
outwitters://viewgame?id=ag5vdXR3aXR0ZXJzZ2FtZXIRCxIIR2FtZVJvb20Y8JefAgw And osn.codepenguin.com/replays/view/ag5vdXR3aXR0ZXJzZ2FtZXIRCxIIR2FtZVJvb20Y8JefAgw gives http://osn.codepenguin.com/replays/view/...20Y8JefAgw |
