Not sure about 15 since i won my 1st 25 matches in a row but got promoted at 36 wins vs 3 losses. (actually got promoted when i lost a game

you can have two GC name and play against each other, it's just tiresome to keep entering email and password as you switch.
i was promoted to clever even before fluffy, and at that time i have only played mostly 2vs2 not 1vs1
but in clever it's moving very slowly.

Nothing really. Prestige, I guess. The main point is to match you with others of your skill level.
