That is, anybody can apply. No minimum league required (even though I'd suggest you're Gifted+).
You should try be active on the forums though (at least twice per usual week).

I also hesitated to join a clan so far, but I like your clan logo and the way you introduced what you aim for. If you accept me I'd be happy to join. I try to attach a screenshot with my current player status. Ok the screenshot is too large... I currently have 156 league wins and am rated
