I think, that everyone want's to be ranked in top 200. But as far as I understood, only master league chambers have an opportunity to be ranked in this list. Or may be the true ranking is the ratio of wins to the total number of games?))

As far as we know it is believed everyone on the list is either ST or masters. As there are about 200 ST's it would make sense that not all would be active enough to fill all slots.

Approx the best 10% are Master level or above. For a gifted or below to get into the top 200 most of master level players would have to be in the top 200, which is pretty much impossible. For a chance to be in top 200 you have to be in the top of masters division (not point wise)

How can you say that someone with only 8 wins could be "in the top of the masters division"? He certainly isn't close in points yet there he is at 189 in the top 200. I'm not complaining, I am just quite curious as to how that could be possible?

maybe during the placement matches, he/she got paired with a few super titans or masters then won the games leading to a very high hidden rating
