it was split up be league. And the numbers were somewhat surprising in that it was a steady 60%, give or take a percentage, across all leagues (save for Fluffy).

Super Titan FTA win rate: 60.65%

These numbers are since the game's release. We plan to run them again soon to determine what they're like since the patch update.

Thanks for the update! I would like to see the more recent ST FTA ratio is since it seems strange to me that it could really be so low as 60:40 so thanks =)

again, another surprising stat. This wasn't the case. A lot of people think sweetie plains may be the most balanced map, while Foundry and Glitch had the biggest issues.

Foundry indeed did have a higher FTA (63%) while Sweetie had 59.8%. But that's the biggest spread we have across maps. A 3.2% spread. When all your data shows that player 1 is winning on average 10-12% more than they should be across the board, map specific balances don't seem to be as significant right now.

And yes we did this across leagues as well and results were similar on all maps across all leagues: 60-65%.

So we're working to reduce this in the beta at the moment.

why not make it like if someone opens lots of games as P1 they will be paired with higher rankers?

it's a band-aid with a lot of potential issues. match-making depends on player activity, and it's goal is to match you with equivalently skilled players. Punishing someone who wants to play a lot is not something we plan to do.

Wait a minute. Did you exclude all games with less than 5 or so turns? That'd be booted players. I think it occured much that newbies created 5-20 games and deleted the app after two days.

or creating a 2-3 min interval to create games?
