Win/Loss ratio required for promotion

Thanks for your input goldengriffin but the purpose of this thread is to create a little database for anyone interested and to educate players that their league points and/or league position bear little or no relevance to their chances of promotion, it's about their win/loss ratio. Sure a #1 ranked player could be near promotion but they could also just be playing a tonne of games and winning say 1 in 3 and at that ratio would never get promoted. As you can see from the results already posted it isn't 5-8 straight wins = promotion.
