No, I didn't. I will keep playing Outwitters because I love it very much!
 I am playing a couple of 2v2 league with one of my partners. I also have another account which can play 1v1 with many excellent players from different levels.

I'm pretty sure the top 200 is based solely on the hidden ranking. The reason there are masters ranked above STs is because there is probably leeway in when you get promoted and demoted and I don't think they always promote you as soon as you pass the hidden ranking threshold.

You probably just need to play more games to reach ST. My experience is about 30 games with a solid record after you reach top 200. I sat in the top 200 range of 50's-70's for several months as masters because I didn't put in enough league games (was playing mostly friendlies to improve my skills).

Is there any interest in a graphing tool for 2v2 arranged teams, like I have done for 1v1 rankings? I've been thinking about how best to do it.
