1) I haven't noticed it but that would drive me nuts as well.
2) on iPad it scrolls down to around 97 or so and the last 3 are hidden by the bottom nav bar. they just need to change the size of the scroll box in the UI so it goes to the top of the nav bar instead of the bottom. no comment on 3) have you noticed that the Feedback Soldier's sprite gets wider and then thinner while it's standing on the outside edges of maps?
