That would kind of defeat the point. The point is to rank players based on their position in each of the three lists. It's like saying that a best 1v1 and 2v2 player list is unfair to people who don't play 2v2. Of course it is, but that's the idea.

RE: Best allround players
I would still be curious to see who is the best not counting 2v2 random.

RE: Best allround players
Perhaps the thing to do is weight 1v1, 2v2 arranged, and 2v2 random differently, according to the size of player population.

It'll be GG when you're up against GG of GG.

RE: Best allround players
I dont understand what system you used, but I think it was pretty dang accurate in the top ten! props to you Smile
I think Rneilg might be the only player I disagree with. Like others have mentioned, it is more difficult to rise in rank as you draw close to the top. Rneilg seems to have benefitted from being a jack of all trades, which I suppose is the point of this project, but he benefitted a little too much.
But yes, 9/10 is still pretty good so nice job!

points = 25 * [ ( 201 - rank ) / (200) ]^2

would be better.

Very good point indeed! I'll try to toy around with a hyperbolic formula which ensures that going from rank 5 to 4 will give you more extra points than from rank 50 to 49.

RE: Best allround players
Small update on the ranks:
- Tweaked the points, reduced Team2, Team3 and Team4 since it currently is not that difficult to get a Team in the 2v2 list.
- Used Awpertunity's suggestion to use the following formula: ((201-Rank)/200)^2*Points)

Oddly enough, this still doesn't change the top 10 significantly. Guys with high ranks in both 1v1 and 2v2 team get bumped (burnodrod) and 1ucky will be happy that RNeilG dropped just outside the top 10, giving the list a perfect score of 10/10! Super-Titan
