Very nice updates, OML
I've been gone for a while and I just wanted to say how nice the recent updates seem to be.
As anyone who has seen my old replays can guess, I enjoy a pretty aggressive play style, so the wit recovery is a nice feature. Additionally, the FTA offset seems to add a good dynamic. It's nice that both players now have an opportunity to drive the pace of the game. The UI updates are also well done. I suspected my math was off, but I didn't realize that defeating a unit returned a wit until I noticed the little ghostly +wit indicator. Very nice implementation. The community is also doing some neat things. CombatEX's league stuff and CodePenguin's site seem really interesting. I'm impressed with what that replay viewer turned into. Good work! Also, what's the deal with clans, just a forum thing? Anyway, thanks OML for continuing to support the game, I hope there are more opportunities to drop money on such a well polished app. |
