Time limit?

I've heard the limit for moves is 4 to 5 days, but some of my games are going into the 6 day time period. This is really frustrating because I have only 5 active games, the other 15 I am waiting for them to be forfeited.
So is there a limit? If so, what is it? Who should I contact if my opponent never gets forfeited?

Hmm that's weird.. The auto-forfeit should come on the 4th-5th day as you said.

Perhaps you'll just have to wait I guess.

This issue has been brought up many times by players, judging from similar forum threads.
