With brackets, I thought the semi finalist from the top left quadrant usually plays the one from the bottom left quadrant, rather than top left vs. top right, as you have it. So wouldn't poweewee play pharmafan? Unless I'm just looking at the wrong bracket. Or clueless as to how brackets work. Or both

I think which bracket faces which is dependent on how the tournament director organized it. In this case, I think it was pretty clear from the start that top left faces top right :-)
