My math teacher apparently taught one semester of Calculus in a half hour. All he really did was embarrass me xD

No one learned anything. We should be learning absolute value functions and basic logarithms

No, not really. A lot of the school curriculum is repetitive and based on doing the same stuff over and over again. While a half-hour may be extreme, it would be entirely possible to condense all the material into, say, 5 hours or so.

Of course, you couldn't teach the material well in the 5 hours, but you'd manage to get everything in. Maybe even less than 5 hours.
