Till OSN data is mined there is this old thread to reveal some placement match and climbing the ladder stories.

Short version: win more than you loose ;-)

Someone mentioned this earlier in the thread and I would like to second it. Being able to see our statistics vs. certain opponents would be interesting/fun. If opponent A beats opponent B 70% of the time, clearly opponent B could improve their chances by analyzing their games with opponent A and making adjustments.

some quick result, basically show win rate of different races among different league (i just simply use league of player 1). (Date: 3/08-4/18)

Scally only beats veggies 58% in ST?

I probably don't even want to know but would it be possible to call up all matches between 2 players/record between 2 players?
