Strangely enough, once you break into top 20 they start treating you as if you are in fluffy league. They confiscate all sharp objects and replace them bubble wrap.

1-5 ST
6-30 Master
21-80 Gifted
61-200 Clever

There's a surprisingly sharp jump in ability from 100 to where I am at the moment.
