I think that's the longest scramble chain.

What are we defining as scramble chain? I count 8 units the longest scramble chain in your game. (Turn 51)

In my game against Erenan, I counted 11 scrambled units, though I did have to attack some runners mid scramble to clear the way before continuing the scrambling. (Turn 78 in our game)
