National Outwitters League [Started!]

NATIONAL OUTWITTERS LEAGUE
the unofficial official parody of the NFL.

To post results, give me week and replay. (post the replay by long-clicking it and selecting copy replay. Then posting it in this thread)

The tournament is set to run just as the NFL, with 32 teams with 2 conferences (AFC and NFC) and 4 divisions of each conference. There will be six teams from each conference that make the playoffs, the winners of the 4 divisions plus 2 teams that have the highest record that did not win their division and automatically qualify.

The Regular Season
Each player will be given an NFL team that corresponds to them. And the schedule will be based on the NFL schedule for 2013.

The NFL game corresponds to one game of outwitters, with the home team being able to choose map, there will be no race restrictions for this portion or map restrictions. You must start or recieve the next games in a set of 4 each week. Meaning that you start the next 4 games on your schedule each week. If there is a tie at the end, it will be broken by NFL tie-breaking rules found here.

The Playoffs
The playoffs will run like the NFL playoffs. The #2 and #1 teams from each conference receive a bye during wild card weekend. The wild card round will be a 1 game winner takes all with the winner of the division choosing the map against the person who received a wild card bid. The second and third rounds will be best of 3 with the higher seed being P1 and choosing the map twice, and lower seed being P1 once and choosing the map once. No race or map restrictions for this either. Games must be started within 1 week.

The Super Titan Bowl
This will be a best of 5 with three maps and P1s being chosen by the team with better record during the regular season, the other player will choose 2 maps. Or if the records are the same and the tie breaking previously stated, the player ranked higher in the top 200 will be given the benefit of a higher seed.

Sign-ups
To sign up give me your GCID and your current league and top 200 rank (prior to new season). I will attempt to distribute teams evenly throughout the conferences and divisions based on rank and league to attempt to even each conference and division. Sign ups will be first come first serve basis
