The anti-turtling idea is a good one, Torbreck. It's also true that having it as a strategic element makes sense. I was just debating the relative strength of an attacker in a loss vs a full strength base in a win vs a fast victory. They're all variable depending on the map and race, as his_daddy mentioned. I would value speed myself due to the general strategy that it's weak to attack a base early. In any event, the best strategy is to just win and avoid the risk of a tiebreak

Yep - agreed - it's not really an accurate measure of relative strength. Like you I love it when a player takes early points off your base as it normally gives you an advantage.

Sorry for lack of updates been really busy but I've updated everything now.

Some timeouts have not yet been reported because we need to see how active that person was. Some people will just have their remaining games forfeited if there aren't many, but if a majority of games haven't been played that player will be removed from the tournament instead, meaning any wins/losses against that person will not count for you. Six people have been removed so far.
