Where you play each opponent twice, as P1 and P2.

Nvm, I see earlier in the thread that some players don't have the gen-2 maps. It's set up to have an even number of games as P1 and P2 (or close to, anyhow). Fair enough.

Though I only have 3 matches as P2

Yeah, those matches happen to be automatically set up, and each person will be matching nine times. So no, there aren't any two-match sets.

They're not allowed to move so just scramble them and you win lol.

No, because you have to scramble or kill them too. When a spawn point is covered, the non-runner-Scrambler units are allowed to free it. They will also be able to attack if the unit is next to an enemy. It's in the first post.

The rules are pretty confusing though... units can't move, but they can move if nothing else can reach the wit space... then they can't move again....then they can move again once your spawn's covered...
