Listing current ratings of lower divisions

It took me a while to 1. Figure out there are more than one if the same type of divisions of skill level and 2. That you could click on a player to see their current division. So I ask:

3. Why can't we see a place where we can see all the positions of everyone who is in the same skill level. It's too much hastle clicking everytime on every user how they faired in the past and 4. I would like too see how I par up against other divisions. Again I'm not asking to see the secret rating only the points in current division
