Alex has told me people can use graphics from the game as long as they don't make money on it. Here's an email response I got from them after asking if I could use them in a website:

Who else wants this wall art? They sell small hexagonal mirrors at ikea in packs to make wall art. I would do a model of glitch on my wall!

I would totally buy, but I buy so much stuff for my room that there ain't space anymore.... Guess those hexagonal earrings I got will have to do.

I also want a shirt that says "why didn't you think of that?" Many stores put really random quotes on shirts, so I wouldn't be particularly surprised to see that.

That Pin Badge thing was a good idea (if I do say so myself) but the logistics proved insurmountable....

Especially because, according to the poll above, I'd only sell 28 of them.

And then have to post them individually around the world...

Then wait patiently for the PayPals to roll in....
