Ranks are based on the top 200 list sent out just prior to the end of season 3 ( see the second post in this thread). For those outside the top 200 it is based on their final league placement for season 3. Because division points are no longer available in the event that 2 people were #1 in (say) gifted division then we will use the current seasons points/standings as the means to separate them.
