Is this because you have not purchased the team packs and cannot
initiate a game on Sweetie Plains? If you can start a game on this map then this is not a valid game because he still has an advantage of having 10 wits to start with instead of 5.

He said he wouldn't use them...I haven't actually counted to make sure though. And yes I haven't bought the team packs.

Yeah, I kept those starting 5 wits banked and played as if they weren't there. I think there was 1 turn where I accidentally got to 4 (the last wit used was moving a soldier, I believe), but then the next turn I made sure to stop at 5 again. Considering I had about 10 wits left at the end (5-6 ones I could use) I don't think that 1 wit would have mattered. I hope it is clear from the replay.

I see. Well that was nice of him to do that much then
I counted 3 turns that he dropped below 5 wits but that was a handicap he put on himself anyway.

I intended both games to be his P1 in these situations. I'll record it as a P2 win but without the extra point. It probably won't affect the final standings.

Yeah. He's like my secret favorite for Top 4.
Definitely doesn't belong into Clever League where he's currently crawling at.


Regarding my performance overall... I think I won't even make it through the Group Stage which is a little embarassing. I haven't played since the beginning of August, though (I tend to do lots of heaps of mistakes without enough practice), and a lot seems to have changed about gameplay.
I just screwed up in a game on Glitch against strategicthinker and I think I ditched a possible P2 win there. That is, I'm close to be out but I'm fine with that
