Would it be possible to release Outwitters on the Mac App store so I can play on a Mac?

I would love to see this, but it would all depend on game center seeing as the game relies on it for matchmaking. Correct me if im wrong, but the mac does not have gamecenter.

Mac has gamecenter.

It would be phantastic to see outwitters on the mac but oml already commented on this saying they are lacking the resources to do it if i remember correctly.

indeed it does. But again, putting Outwitters on a different platform is a huge undertaking technically (almost a complete re-write to do it right) and financially (lot of our licensed technology is platform specific and would require new licenses).

I'm honestly surprised that Apple doesn't invest in making a cross-platform SDK so that it's easier to port across their devices (and maybe even make their games automatically playable in a browser or something).
