All teams pack. How do i get?

I want to get the all teams pack but have locked my phone (so my kids dont go nuts on my cc) and forgotten my password.

Can someone please provide me a link so i can purchase on laptop?

You're still going to need your iTunes password regardless... Just reset your password:

I have got my itunes password.

I do not have my phone restriction password

Then it would appear that due to the main criteria of the purchase being an in-app purchase it would require a purchase directly in the app unfortunately, however, best of luck in you plight
