RE: Riddles!
Ok here's one: (some of you may know this one, those that do, no spoilers!)
You are at a fair. There is a stall where there are three stables, and you cannot see inside them. One contains a horse, and two a goat. You want the horse. It costs twenty (dollars, pounds, whatever) per guess and you don't want to get have a second try. You pick a stable. The stall owner knows you and decides to help you. He points at another stall which you have NOT picked and says that that one is a goat. He asks you if you would like to swap to the last remaining, unpicked stall or keep your choice. Should you swap? What are your chances of success if you do?

RE: Riddles!
It's much easier. Just ask him which one the horse is in. Big Grin

Why is 4 the magic number?

Because 100 = 10 = 3 = 5 = 4
Because 101 = 13 = 8 = 5 = 4
Because 102 = 13 = 8 = 5 = 4
And because 103 = 15 = 7 = 5 = 4

RE: Riddles!
Because 4=4
You have a book and you throw it over the fence on the west side. You can climb over the fence to get it back but theres barbed wire. There is a a gate on the south side but it has a closed latch. You can't walk aound the fencing because it surrounds the entire perimeter. You can't dig underneath because its concrete. You can't drill underneath because it would attract the cops. The only opening is a hole in the fence on the north side so the guard dog can get through. The guard dog is very dangerous but he is sleeping but it can smell if you are tresspassing through his fence hole. The book costs lots of money so you have to try to get it back. What do you do?
