I agree with memories and Bia But maybe that, now all inactive are kicked, the tournament will move more quickly?

I actually agree. We do have to be fair to the teams that need to catch do to staff changes, etc. We would move faster if we had strict time limits. We won't have less than six. Lets see how this goes along. I will think about it in the meantime.
