Does "k" under Usage Rules apply to our player? Moreover, is it enough for Apple to get involved if necessary?
I know the player may not be altering Game Center itself, but he is altering a game that uses Game Center. Just out of curiosity. I am not a law student, I am just curious what can be done.

yeah. I think so, but there is other traceable material within a device.

that's why I suggested a UDID ban. The UDID is unique to the device you use, so no two devices have the same one. If his was banned the easiest way to continue playing is to use a different device

Apple is revoking access to UDIDs, and apps aren't allowed to use them anymore.

I was being cheated by "And I'm Back Already" in 5 games in a row:

Game #1
Game #2
Game #3
Game #4
Game #5

This is especially annoying as I lost ~50 points and rank 1 in my division. I'd be very happy if someone could deal with this, thanks!
