35 game upgrade

I just purchased the 35 game upgrade, but it tells me "server cannot keep up with your warmongering" when I try to start anymore games?
please help!

Click "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the Store.

I have tried this.
Earlier, it told me to purchase the 35 game upgrade.
now it just says server can't keep up with my warmongering...

Did you make sure you actually purchased it

I'd suggest simply restarting the app, or restarting your device.

tried that as well.
to be very specific, I purchased the upgrade on my iPhone. Immediately after, I restored purchase on ipad. Now it shows thank you for the 35 game icon, but it doesn't let me start anymore games still saying the servers can't handle my warmongering.

Weird thing is, now it only shows up on the ipad. When I restarted the app on both devices, I had to sign in again. When I signed into ipad, it says thank you, but when I sign into iPhone, it doesn't even show I bought it. when I try to start games on my iPhone, it says I need to purchase the 35 upgrade.

I think the error message is pretty self explanatory: The server is too swamped with games to add yours. It's not a problem with your game or device, it's a problem on Adam and Alex's end, specifically, their server is overloaded already.

I dont think so, that is the message I get when I reach 35 games.
