I think this would be cool. The people who are playing the games would need to have an iPad so the whole board can be seen at the same time.

This is a good point...and I do not have an ipad. However, I feel this is not a deal-breaker, people can be the captain without an ipad, though I agree it would be ideal to have an ipad.

What we can do is, once signups are becoming final, we can look at the distribution of top tier players and re-arrange accordingly. At this point, we can consider whether a person is an ex-pat like baopu.

How would you screenshot the whole board. Multiple screenshots would be a pain to look at.

I could use my girlfriend's iPad to take screen shots. Anyway, if there is another suitable volunteer for the Americas who has an iPad then he or she can be the team captain! It's no biggie.
