Should someone withdraw from the tournament (please don't!) and it is too late to replace them, 4 points will be awarded to all opponents for games that are not yet finished. This isn't very fair, but this format requires exactly 19 people.

The rules say p1 has to say the rules in chat. P1 did not say the rules in chat. If you want to be a rules stickler, I think it's quite clear Mag!cGuy didn't follow the rules. BUT, I am not a rules stickler: a difference between us. Not only that, I don't care about winning in a tournament that I was mastermind behind. In fact, I WIN. Those are now the rules. ;D But honestly I don't care so take your win and that's that.
