Okay, to sum up - since you didn't collect the answered queries the way I did. You are a hexagonal Hexagon that can be occupied and you do not produce units. Since I believe you wouldn't do the same thing I did, that only leaves the general hex-field.

You can't tesselate hexes in one perfect hexagon, so no.
