Ok what did u do? I got a new iPhone and got family sharing. I had the same problem as EG. I originally bought the stuff with my dad's account, but after enabling family sharing got a "child" account linked to my dad's. That means that I shoul still have all his purchases. I'll keep trying to figure it out but any pointers are helpful.
