I am not sure about pokhs, I havent received any game from him. I had been withdrawn because I thought this tournament was dead.

The winter world cup had a lot more participants, but obviously has made more progress than this tournament.

Don't be afraid to hold one. Just enforce a time limit and that solves the bulk of the problems right there =)
