League breakdowns.
I don't think there's been anything definitive regarding the league #s, but I'm wondering if there's a fixed number of super titans.
Since I've been on the edge, I noticed a few weeks back that there were 86 super titans. Looking today on OSN, there are still 86, but we now know that 2 of them are dummy accounts made by super donkey. This might also explain why people see promotions after a loss.
