It might be very hard for you to increase in rank but once you do it's actually pretty hard to fall again. Being in the top 200 isn't dependent on your league, it just depends on how well you've been doing against other players which affect a hidden rank. the best way to climb is probably to try and learn from your opponents and come up with strategies, it's not something you can rush Top 200 peak ranking: #18  I'm currently taking a competative break.
