Didgeralien realized they spawned by accident and ended the game--I'm guessing there isn't rematches or anything for early accidents and it is what it is?

I'd say it's up to the two players. If I made an early mistake in my game against Doodat, I'm sure he would have allowed us to restart. But if the game is at a high turn count it might not make sense.
