"Heavy" isn't worth the costs

Robots: hits all adjacent units (the spin animation already looks like it should)
Cuties: attack Knocks unit back 1 hex

If you think the cuties ability is a little weak, I think it offsets their uber super unit . Although I think being able to move around enemy units might have some interesting applications.

Well, at least it can't teleport...
