This means that they have the ability to rise up and fall down very quickly to adjust to true level. If you had compared 100+ to 200+ matches, that would be very similar. The hidden ranking skew should pan out by around 50 matches to a base formula, but with new players, a key example is if you win all 5 placement matches, regardless of opponents' hidden ranking, your next match will decide whether you are placed into masters.
